Our Community
Unlike a for-profit childcare facility, CCCC operates with a service mission to the community − Building a strong foundation for children and their families − by providing quality childcare. Since 1969, CCCC's continued operation and success has rested on the shoulders of the only shareholders in our organization − the parents. The Board of Directors, elected each May, is made up of parents and community members who volunteer their time to oversee the financial health and direction of CCCC. The board entrusts the operation of our centers to an Executive Director, who works closely with parents and staff to ensure that children receive quality, nurturing care.
